The Fundamental Course for Healthcare Attendants and Therapy Assistants in Community Care Sector

The 12-day intensive course equips Community Care staff with a mix of cross-functional nursing and basic therapy skills and knowledge to perform your job functions as a basic healthcare support in the community care setting. Are you required to operate machinery in your scope of work? Learn how to operate commonly-used equipment correctly and safely through this course. At the end of the course, you will know how to prevent equipment damage through improper usage, perform simple checks before use, as well as assist users to operate the equipment.

Work in a Dynamic Team (Basic) ($125, 4 hours, blended)

It is important to be able to work as a team regardless of your job title. Through this course, you will learn the key factors that make an effective team through personality profiling, effective communication, and experiential exercise on trust and empathy.

Working in a Diverse Work Environment (Basic) ($125, 4 hours, blended)

What makes a high-performing team? This course shines the spotlight on the importance of diversity and communication styles to improve performance in an organisation. At the end of the course, you will be able to understand the five stages of team development and how to improve team collaboration at each stage.
