Highlights of the 2021 IGNITE Leadership Programme For New Community Care Leaders

By

Every year, new leaders in the Community Care sector are invited to attend the IGNITE Leadership Programme which is delivered over 3 modules. The IGNITE Leadership Programme aims to equip participants with an overview of Singapore’s Community Care landscape, as well as the various support schemes, programmes, and services offered by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) for Community Care providers and seniors in the community.

Last year, the classroom segments were postponed due to the Covid-19 situation. After Singapore moved into Phase 3 and Covid-19 measures were eased, AIC resumed the classroom segments of IGNITE Module 2, which was held from April 15 to 16, 2021 at Maxwell Chambers.

The programme saw a total of 39 participants across 18 Community Care organisations in attendance.
