Learning journeys at Community Care facilities the highlight of second IGNITE module

Visits to Ren Ci @ Ang Mo Kio, St. Andrew’s Community Hospital and Assisi Hospice were the highlight of the second module of AIC’s IGNITE programme, which aims to introduce middle management staff to the sector.

The three-day module, which took place from 4 to 6 July 2018, was attended by 55 participants from 27 Community Care organisations. Here are photos from the module:

Participants from various Community Care organisations had the opportunity to network.
AIC staff provided an overview of the various programmes and services offered by AIC.

Dr Loh Yik Hin, CEO, St. Andrew’s Community Hospital sharing how his organisation aims to meet the needs of the community on Day 1.
Choo Shiu Ling, CEO, Assisi Hospice shared about her organisation’s work on Day 2.
To conclude the module on the third day, Jeffrey Ha, SLEC and Lee Yong Joo, Ren Ci who had joined the sector through the Senior Management Associate Scheme shared about their experiences.
